	Lou Sims / Principal / Customer Service Lou is a 1980 graduate of The Florida State University where he earned his Bachelor's degree in Speech Communication. A native of Chattanooga, Tennessee, he has been involved in the Southwest Ohio and Northern Kentucky business communities since 1988. He has gained his knowledge and experience with nationally recognized aviation, mail-order, telecommunication, broadcast, non-profit, sports management and marketing companies since 1975. Lou is a member of a local Northern Kentucky church fellowship, an FAA instrument-rated private pilot and PADI certified scuba diver. He makes his home in Independence, Kentucky with his wife and family.
	Nick Hiance / Production / Customer Service He attended Northern Kentucky University's Film and Television Program, Nick Hiance has a passion for the art and a head for the science of video production. He's part of the "independent film movement" with directing and producing credits, though he produces in high-definition digital video like everyone these days. Nick resides in Alexandria.
	Sarah Kendall / Graphics / Customer Service Sarah's as comfortable with Adobe Photoshop as you and I are with a pencil. She has applied this artistic prowess to many specialized projects including digital scrapbooking. A native of Northern Kentucky, Sarah lives in Covington with her husband and family.
